Pecan Pretzel Oat Clusters
Whether you're over the banana bread trend (or not), you still need to put your ripe bananas to good use! These Pecan Pretzel Oat Clusters are a simple way to use your not-so-pretty bananas. You'll be reaching for this sweet and salty goodness for a mid-afternoon pick me up or even for an after dinner treat!
- 1 ripe banana, well mashed
- 2/3 cup of organic oats
- 1/4 cup crushed pretzels
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp Purely Pecans Pecan Butter
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Use an ice cream scoop to make clusters on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-13 minutes.
