Whether you're over the banana bread trend (or not), you still need to put your ripe bananas to good use! These Pecan Pretzel Oat Clusters are a simple way to use your not-so-pretty bananas. You'll be reaching for this sweet and salty goodness for a mid-afternoon pick me up or even for an after dinner treat! 


  • 1 ripe banana, well mashed
  • 2/3 cup of organic oats
  • 1/4 cup crushed pretzels
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp Purely Pecans Pecan Butter


  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Use an ice cream scoop to make clusters on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 12-13 minutes.⁣
  5. Enjoy!
