Pecan Butter Vinaigrette

Pecan Butter in a salad? Sounds crazy, but trust us- this vinaigrette is creamy, nutty, and tangy. It pairs well with so many flavors and is very versatile. Even if you’re not a salad person, you could drizzle this over just about anything.

INGREDIENTS

• 1 tbsp of Purely Pecans Sea Salt Y’all Pecan Butter
• 1 tbsp of mayo
• 1/2 a lemon, juiced 
•  Pinch of sea salt & freshly ground pepper

• Whisk Pecan Butter, mayo, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
