Easy Pecan Butter Cookies

There's nuttin’ quite better than freshly baked cookies warm out of the oven! The good news is that you can have these Pecan Butter cookies in no time. They’re easy to make and no mixer is required, so your little ones can join in on the action!

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 cup Purely Pecans Pecan Butter, any flavor
• 1 egg 
• 3/4 cup sugar 
• 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 
• 2 tsp vanilla

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Preheat oven to 375F
2. In a large bowl mix Pecan Butter, 1 egg, sugar, all-purpose flour, and vanilla.
3. Roll dough into 12 balls and place on a parchment-lined cookie sheet.
4. Bake for 10-12 min.
5. Boom, done!
