Creamy Delicata Squash Smoothie Bowl
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a blender:
- 3/4 cup cooked delicata squash (I left the peel of these on)
- 1/3 cup frozen cauli rice
- Few cubes of frozen steamed zucchini (could replace w banana)
- 1 fresh fig (could use a dried date or cube of banana here)
- 1 scoop collagen
- 1.5 T soaked ground flaxseed
- 1-1.5 c Vanilla unsw almond milk
- Few heavy shakes of cinnamon, teeny pinch of salt
Blend, pour into bowl and top w salted pecan butter @purelypecans and chopped fresh figs (could use banana or pear instead!
